Historical - Lectures

In terms of words, perhaps the greatest output of material from Ron was in the lectures, dating from the early 50s to the late 60s, and comprising some 3,000 lectures most of them one hour long (briefing course lectures were 90 minutes and a relative few early lectures were shorter, mostly 30 minutes).

Some record of how these were put together would thus be of more than a passing interest to those interested in Scientology and I have some knowledge of this which I intend to pass on in this article.

Incidentally, there have been editing of tapes after 1983, where parts have been taken out, for example in the PDC (Philadelphia Doctorate Course) predicting the possibility of Scientology falling into “evil” hands.
